What operators asked for next is the work that repeats. The same snow route, the same lawn, and the same seasonal contract billed without rebuilding the invoice every time.
You can now organize services, bill multiple customers at once, automate recurring invoices, and give customers more control over their payments.
Services and batch invoicing
A service is the work you sell on a schedule: snow plowing, lawn care, seasonal maintenance. Create the service, then assign the customers who get it. When it’s time to bill, invoice everyone on that service in one batch.
One route can carry a standard price and you can set special rates per account, and the batch still goes out together.
Recurring invoices
Some bills shouldn’t wait for someone to remember them. Schedule a recurring invoice and Pathline sends it automatically, so the time you used to spend recreating the same invoice — and chasing the payment that follows — can go back to the work.
Autopay
Customers can choose autopay when they save a card. You turn it on for individual invoices, so a one-time job stays a one-time charge and a contract that repeats can collect itself.
Customer portal
Each customer gets a payment portal. They can see open and paid invoices, download receipts, and manage autopay without calling the office to ask which bill is still open.
Overdue reminders
When an invoice goes past due, Pathline can send a payment reminder on its own. You still see who hasn’t paid. You don’t have to write the follow-up by hand.
