Intelligence
SEO pitches never reach Messages.
Human Spam Filter screens website forms and the first inbound text on a new thread. Real people stay in the inbox. Junk lands in Trash.
What it does
Keep junk out of the team inbox.
AI screens form submissions for SEO pitches, link scams, sketchy outreach, irrelevant ads, and bot-style spam. The same check runs on the first inbound SMS of a new thread. Ongoing conversations are left alone.
Real leads stay in Messages, next to calls and texts. Everything else skips the inbox and goes to Trash.
How it works
Honeypot first. Intelligence second.
- Honeypot detection blocks bots that fill hidden trap fields before they hit your inbox. That block is not an Intelligence use.
- AI screen reviews the rest — forms and first inbound SMS — and sends spam to Trash.
- Email notifications can tell you when something is flagged. Turn them on or off per agent.
Usage
Metered on the stack you already use.
Platform includes 20 Intelligence uses per month. Each successful AI spam check counts as 1 use. Extra uses are 25¢. Honeypot blocks do not count.
Turn Human Spam Filter on or off under Settings → Intelligence → Agents, on web and iOS.
Good to know: Auto reply only runs after a real form. Enable the spam filter first so junk never gets a first-contact text.
