We’ve implemented a full WebSocket architecture. No page refreshes are needed for incoming form submissions, SMS, team chats, and calls.
Typing indicators, online status, incoming messages, call activity, and conversation changes are synchronized in real time between the web app and iOS app, creating a seamless cross-platform experience.
