Introducing Automations

Email workflows are available today. More Pathline workflows are in the works, and we’re listening to customers for what to add next.

Most teams don’t need another journey canvas. They need a reliable way to follow up after someone signs up, buys, or goes quiet, without exporting contacts into a second tool that never gets opened.

Pathline Automations starts there. Email workflows are available now: timed sequences that live next to your contacts, campaigns, and inbox.

What’s available today

Automations are built for the job operators already run by hand: enroll someone, wait, send the next email, and stop when they shouldn’t get more.

  • Wait, then send. Each step waits minutes, hours, or days, then sends one email from your Pathline sending identity.
  • Same composer as campaigns. Design step emails with the tools you already use for newsletters.
  • Enroll and drop. Put people into a flow from your site or app with an access key. Drop them when they purchase, cancel, or reply, so the sequence doesn’t keep talking after the job is done.
  • Enrollments you can see. Open an automation to see who’s in it, which step they’re on, and what’s next.

More Pathline workflows are in the works

Email is the first workflow type. Automations is the place where Pathline will grow timed follow-ups across the rest of the product: the moments that already happen in forms, messages, campaigns, and your hosted site.

We’re not racing to ship a giant canvas. We’re shipping the boring version that works, then expanding the kinds of workflows Pathline can run as customers prove the next job.

We’re listening for what to add next

If you run Pathline day to day, you already know which follow-ups still live in someone’s head or a sticky note. Triggers from form submits, exits after a purchase, wait-until-opened, SMS steps, quiet hours: tell us which ones would save you the most time.

The next Pathline workflows will be shaped by what you ask for, not by a roadmap slide.
