Pathline has always favored clear type, quiet chrome, and screens that get out of the way. That hasn’t changed. We’ve refined the product UX so the same typography-based interface you already know works even faster day to day.
Alongside that polish, we’ve introduced a new dashboard page: a quick view of activity across your entire workspace, so you can see what’s happening at a glance.
Activity across the workspace
The dashboard is the first place to look when you open Pathline. Instead of hopping between Voice, Messages, and Campaigns to reconstruct the morning, you get one surface for the work that matters now.
- Needs attention. Missed calls, unread threads, and other items that shouldn’t wait.
- Voice at a glance. Incoming and outgoing calls, missed calls, and voicemail, with simple period comparisons.
- Recent activity. A live feed of what’s moving across the workspace, so you’re never guessing what just happened.
- Recently sent campaigns. The last newsletters that went out, without leaving the overview.
Pick Today, 7 days, or 30 days and the numbers update with you. The point isn’t another chart wall; it’s enough signal to decide where to click next.
Same UX language, tighter execution
The dashboard uses the same typography-first layout as the rest of Pathline: headings that scan, lists you can read, and links that take you straight into Voice, Messages, or Campaigns when you need depth.
No new visual system to learn. Just a faster home base for the product you already run.
