Bring the customers you create in QuickBooks into Pathline Contacts, ready for the calls and texts that follow the invoice.
What it does
A one-way customer sync.
Pathline reads Customers from QuickBooks Online and creates new Contacts when a usable phone number is not already in your workspace. It never writes to, changes, or deletes records in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks stays the source for accounting. Pathline becomes the place your team can call, text, and track the customer conversation.
How it works
Connect once, then keep your contacts current.
- Open Connectors in Pathline and choose QuickBooks Online.
- Authorize your company through Intuit.
- Import existing customers whose phone numbers are not already Contacts.
- Sync new customers automatically or run a manual sync whenever you need one.
Details
Phone number is the identity.
Pathline uses a customer’s primary phone number first, then mobile. If neither is available, it skips the customer. If that phone number already exists in Pathline, it leaves the existing Contact untouched.
Good to know: this sync creates new Contacts only. Updates and deletions in QuickBooks do not overwrite or remove existing Pathline Contacts.
