Team permissions
Every teammate has a workspace role. Voice, SMS, and contacts follow which phone lines they are assigned — everything else follows the role.
Roles
Owner
Full workspace access. The account that created the workspace holds billing. Co-owners have the same permissions and can add or remove other owners.
Admin
Runs the workspace day to day — billing, phone lines, forms, campaigns, Sites, and integrations. Cannot change who is an owner.
Member
Uses assigned phone lines only: voice, SMS, messages, and contacts on those lines, plus team chat. No billing, forms, campaigns, Sites, or integrations.

Per line — access only on phone lines assigned when the teammate was invited. Invite teammates — members can invite others as Member only, and only for lines they already share.

Open Account → Team in the dashboard to invite people, set roles, and choose which lines each member can use.
