Claim or port a number
Open Voice and search by area code to claim a new line, or submit a port request for a number you already own.

Set calling rules
In Account → My Numbers, open Calling rules for each line. Choose where inbound calls go: the Pathline iOS app, a forwarded phone number, or an auto-attendant (IVR) menu.

Register iOS devices
In Account → Incoming Calls, each teammate registers the iPhone that should ring for that line. This is separate from forwarding to an outside number.
Daily use
- Place and answer calls — use the Pathline iOS app. This is the primary calling experience today.
- Call history — review recent calls on Voice in the web dashboard.
- Voicemail — listen to messages at Voice → Voicemail.
- Call recording — optional per line in calling rules. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
Team access
Each teammate can be granted access to specific lines. Members without line access will not see Voice or calling settings for those numbers.
